2nd purchase I think I felt better using it the first time round. Not sure what has changed. Everyone is different.

There are three ingredients in this product that seem to be almost impossible to find together; Lactobacillus Crispatus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus gasseri. These are all essential to the healthy functioning of a woman's body for instance.I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their 'intimate' health because of the presence of these three Lactobacilli.

Wife has had ongoing stomach infection problems (helicobacter) which has cleared up but issues with stomach pain continued. These tablets have helped restore her gut balance and she has much less pain and better gut function. These were the closest we could find that had the correct bacterial strains that we had been advised would best aid my wife's recovery. So all good after a couple of months of use. Both of us will carry on taking.

I thought this probiotic was good at first but it leaves me feeling not so great, a quite uncomfortable feeling, even after the period of getting used to a new probiotic. I also am very wary of this company they always advertise that their products contain a certain amount of billions or mg but you later find out from the back of the box that it takes in this case 3 tablets to reach that amount claimed. Very underhand......Also 3/4 capsules out of 90 in the bottle broke up and tore inside the bottle so dubious about whether it really will get all the way through stomach acid, when it can't even get out of the bottle!!!

Comfortable size to swallow easily with no after taste. Trysted effects so now my daughter uses these too. However, I have noticed a change in the colour of the capsules recently. PLEASE explain to me that the quality is still the same.

I've been using this for a few weeks now and it helped relieve my IBS symptoms, especially the bloating.However it's important to note that I don't mean using only the capsules will relieve the symptoms in the same way, as I'm also taking peppermint oil, psyllium fibers and am following the FODMAP-diet. But I've especially noticed a reduce off bloating since I started taking these capsules.
