Love Paella and use box paella mix to start, then add more meat as they do in Spain - chicken, crabmeat and grilled sausages - but this spice is what makes it taste like a dish from Spain - Yummy!

Good flavor but expensive - bottle not full.
I have been cooking paellas for 40+ years and believe I am experienced at it. The flavor that this spice blend gives the paella is actually quite good, although I do add some smoked paprika which I believe makes it better. The negatives are that I find it remarkably expensive for the quantity. I don't know if it is the normal or if I received a defective fill in my bottle but it seemed to be about an inch short of full.
