Great product. It is very good in treating nervous system problems especially sciatica. Before we finished the bottle my wife's sciatica pain is gone. She is more calm and mentally alert and has no more pain. Thanks inline you saved us a lot of money that we would have spent by visiting a doctor. Your tablets really work. I have ordered one more bottle for myself and will surely recommend to others. Btw i have heard that the alpha lipoic acid in your tablets is also good for kidney health.

The image of the product in App has a label which carries vegetarian declaration. (Green dot). The product I have received does not have the mark. Have anyone else seen it? Earlier it used to be there. I have purchased many many bottles of the same.

this product provides 1500 mcg of vit b12, which is fine.. but it also has 1.5 mg of Folic Acid , and 3mg of pyridoxine hcl , which is not fine .. this is because , the latter to ingredients are provided way above the daily rda% ... and , in the nutritions table , they have mentioned nothing about how much percentage rda is the given value of the ingredient is ..i am finding discomfort (in the nasal area) after taking the tablets for four days .. maybe because of the excess ALA and pyri HCL ... so i will take only 2 every week , as i cannot let the money waste ...i planned on taking it daily as i am low on vitamin b12.. but, since i cannot use this product everyday due to side effects, now i will have to buy another supplement for that matter ...

Update: I'm a vegan now and it is amazing to use it once every three or four days. IT'S BASICALLY A VITAMIN THAT WE ARE TAKING DIRECTLY INSTEAD OF GETTING FROM MEAT. Beware of the dosage, some people may have side effects like stomach ache or headache. Use only when you think you are not getting enough B12 from food intake.As a vegetarian, It's tough to get all the stuff needed for the body from general food we eat like a typical Indian.It's been a week since I'm using this product so far so good.1. Easy to swallow2. Good AbsorptionWe tend to feel a bit of pain in the feet and hands with a burning sensation due to lack of B12. Now I rarely feel the burning sensation.
