I was skeptic in purchasing this pillow because of the reviews but I am happy I did. The quality is great. The color is just as the photograph shows. It's very cooling, it's very soft and there was no smell. However, if you like thick pillows, this one is not for you, it adjust to your body when you lay down, but when you get up it fluffs back up
