Should probably be paired up with other posters.
It’s an okay poster, but probably should be paired up with other posters if one wants daily reminders about nutritional content. My rationale is that one only learns what calorie types they’re getting and the calories not currently offered with this food group.Put another way, if I’m not getting my daily supply of iron with [insert random food], it would be nice to know what food groups will provide that.
