Great Rack
Love how solid this design is. It definitely takes 2 people to assemble as my wife had to hold pieces up while I bolted it together. Once done we have been able to use it for squat and bench with confidence. It is a little tight to bench inside the rack but I’m slightly bigger and still fit ok. Fits great in our basement making our home gym complete. Other racks are cheaper but the value and stability of this rack is hard to beat. Also some previous posts talk of scratching, this came with touch up paint. 10/10 would recommend.

I use the rack to regularly squat over 385lbs and it feels entirely solid.
When I was looking to build my home gym I had a lot of trouble finding equipment I was confident wouldn't wobble, wiggle or shimmy under the weight I'd be exposing it to. As such, now that I own this piece of equipment, I'll try and provide that information.Quality:I'd categorize this rack for use by high-level amateurs, or lower-level professionals. I use the rack to regularly squat over 385lbs and it feels entirely solid. I have no doubt that it can support much more weight than I throw at it. The construction and finish are nearly on par with commercial equipment. Weld quality is pretty good, but not great. The welds offered full joint coverage and will no doubt keep the rack together, they just aren't entirely consistent or professional looking. The pull-up bar is very sturdy and doesn't appear to flex at all when I do weighted pull-ups (total weight on the bar ~235lbs).Assembly:Assembly is pretty straight-forward and can be completed in less than an hour. You will need wrenches/sockets (19mm, if memory serves) which are not provided with the rack.Shipping/delivery:This shipped freight, arrived surprisingly fast, and without any problems.Other:I paired this rack with the Body-Solid SFB349G bench and overall would recommend both to a serious, amateur lifter. You may need to adjust how you unrack the bar prior to squatting. I prefer to have the bar in front of me, lean/step forward to get my shoulders under it, unrack it and step backwards once to be centered in the rack. With this rack it's difficult to do that because the bottom cross-bar would get in the way while unracking. I believe the rack is designed so you would unrack the bar from the rear posts (the bar-holders are in fact shown attached to the rear posts in the image), then step forward one step to be centered in the rack. Not a huge deal, just a change from what I prefer.

Satisfied
Since this is a positive review, I'm putting my nits up front. Not enough for me to ding the review, but annoying enough to mention.1. The manual contained some typos about bolt length. It also failed to include attaching the feet as part of any assembly step.2. The feet are plastic, not rubber. Seems cheap.3. There are no pads on the lift offs. The rubber pad shown in the pictures is an aftermarket product I got at Walmart. I cut it to size usung a box cutter and stuck it to the lift offs.I received this last week. It took a few hours to assemble. It's very solid and went together without any major issues, despite some inaccuracies and omissions from the manual. I did my first workout with it today and I am very pleased. I am very satisfied.

Very nice, but a couple of minor issues
Setup took about one and a half hours with another person helping and using a battery powered ratchet. For the most part the rack feels sturdy, but there is some minor swaying. This may be due to the fact that one of the feet didn't completely fit all the way in and is slightly lower than the others. But it's not a big deal.Another very minor annoyance, and one that won't affect 99.9% of people using this rack, is that the J hooks and safety bars don't fit in the rear top-most holes because the backsides run into the triangular pieces.Speaking of the J hooks, I am not very fond of their shape or how long they are. I've heard of a company that sells custom hooks for this rack so I might have to look into that. The chin up/pull up bar feels extremely sturdy, I'm 220 pounds and tested it by doing weighted chins with an extra 70 pounds and felt completely safe. It has knurling everywhere but the center, however the center has a grippy texture to it. The only annoying thing is the rack isn't very tall, I'm 6'0" and have to bend my legs when using the bar. I might end up laying some wood beams under the rack to give it some extra height. In addition to the rack I also bought the dip attachment for it, the Body-Solid DR378. This attachment is awesome since not only does it give you a variety of widths for doing dips, but you can do other exercises with it like body weight rows and hammer-grip pull ups. Before purchasing the rack I saw many people on fitness forums recommend it, and so far I am pleased with it.

Great value
I incorporated this into my home gym a couple years ago, and it has changed the way I work out, and is still sturdy and holding up strong. If you are looking for a rack and you're on a budget, I definitely recommend it. I love mine. It's not as nice as my cousin's Rouge, so if you have the money, go for that one. Nicer finish, the little details like the bar rack are much higher quality. But for the price, this does what it is supposed to, so I'm definitely happy with my purchase

Strong power rack
This rack is very stable and of high quality and value. It should last a lifetime. The only downside is the assembly, since you will want to have more than one person and because the instructions aren’t good. The footprint is perfect for our basement. The liftoffs, spotter arms and chin up bar are rock solid. I highly recommend.
