Melissa & Doug Giant Unicorn - Lifelike Stuffed Animal (over 2 feet tall)

Everything about the item is wonderful. The price, the quality, the size. This is the biggest affordable unicorn plush I've ever seen. With everything that goes into it, it could probably be worth $300. It has made a great christmas present, and as nice and pretty as it looks, the only problem will be to find a way to store it out of the way if things are small and cramped in your household. It has a metal endoskeleton frame, but I do not recommend bending the legs at all for storage; it kind of has to stay the way it is so the bars don't get kinked and bent.The design is great, I love the cute bow on the tail, the outer plush skin material is soft to stroke and almost feels like petting a bunny, and it feels overstuffed and brimming with cotton filling material so its nice and fat to hug. The only problem that I have with the plush is the inner layer of the head beneath the fur is made out of a solid piece of rigid foam like you use for crafting or packing t.v's and monitors. I'm afraid that if I'm not careful with the way I move the toy around, I might damage the head or decapitate it by accident, so if you are interested in the plush, keep this in mind. I have no idea how solidly situated that head is and have no desire to experiment and find out. I gave 5 stars for everything except 3 for giftability, because let's be obvious, this thing is huge and cumbersome and might not make a good gift in all scenarios: it's like having to carry a great dane around (bulkiness, not weight. Is actually much lighter than you'd believe) and takes up as much space.

If you have a unicorn lover in your life then just buy it. Worth the money for sure. It is huge. The size of a medium dog! It is pretty sturdy and light weight. It is well loved over here, even goes on car rides! Just buy it!

My granddaughter is obsessed with unicorns and this was the perfect gift for her. The colors are amazing, the size is beyond big, it's very heavy and sturdy. She loved it so much she didn't want to put it down so I could take pictures of it. It's super soft and made very well. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This is Sparkles! Shes fabulous! I bought her for my twins but I love this toy like shes my very own! Something about a pink unicorn will just brighten up the space and add joy. Worth every penny! Im hoping my twins keep this for years to come. May by another one so each daughter has her own unicorn. Right now one will be just fine.

I love this unicorn so much! It has immense detail, it’s incredibly soft, And it seems quite durable. I really like how clean it is and it brings such a nice flare to my room!

I bought this as a gift for my almost 4 year old. She LOVES it and even named her Rosie. It feels durable, it isnt flimsy at all. Super soft, easy for her to move around but isnt too lightweight. I was able to let her sit on it, if I'm holding it too.My only "gripe" is the legs are not as show. They're much closer together so mine isnt able to free stand.

I bought this for my niece’s 3rd birthday as she’s going through her unicorn phase. She absolutely loved it! Giving her a “life size” unicorn definitely won me the best aunt title for the day. It was soft but sturdy so it stood up well. The horn was a little bent from shipping but once I unpacked it and let it sit for a day, it was fine. This is the 3rd animal I’ve bought from Melissa & Doug for her and they all have been exceptional. Would absolutely buy this again!
