Stera-Sheen cleaner
This is the best fryer cleaner I have used. I own a food trailer and fighting/cleaning grease is the biggest challenge I face. I tried other products for my small fryer, but this is by far the best. After I clean the fryer I use the trapped liquid to clean sinks and surfaces. Love!

Removed all the gunk
My fryers had gunk build up on the sides. After the first use it cleaned up most of the gunk. After few uses everything is nice and clean.
