While the package took just a little longer than I expected to arrive, I was not disappointed. The factory sharpened swords were exactly what I wanted and perfect for looking cool.While I would rather use a crowbar if I were to fight someone, these do a great job for scaring pesky kids off my lawn and they work great for trimming light shrubbery.I really like how the swords came with plastic coverings for the tips to prevent damage to the sheathe and generally, was satisfied with my purchase.While both swords had some stains, they were easily wiped off with a little isopropyl alcohol, however oil stains these blades easily(just by touching the sword blades, the oil on my skin left marks).Pros:- Inexpensive- Blades look cool- Came sharpened- Came with tip-protectors- Decent sheathe(as long as you don't be rough with it).- Magnets in front of blade help with sheathing them.- Totally freaks the neighbors out.(Ninja outfit: $60 Swords: $20Look on neighbors' faces when a ninja is doing garden work? Priceless.)Cons:- came a little later than I expected (about one day after latest expected delivery date).- Grips may be uncomfortable to those with soft hands. Wear gloves or get used to the handles causing calluses on your hands.- Not amazingly sharp, but at least it's sharpenedStill, for the price, these are amazing and I rate 8.8/10.

Very satisfied. Bada$$ swords/machettes. They are exactly like the picture and seem to be good quality product. They are fairly sharp. Could be a little sharper but you can do that yourself. Dont hesitate to buy this product if you like the look of it.

These swords are amazing. They are well made as far as i can tell, and are actually useful for something besides looks. They came sharpened and would easily cut small limbs and brush. It is made as one piece, handle and all. The only complaint i have with them is that the handle is wrapped very lightly in a decorative cloth making them uncomfortable to hold after a short period of time. However it could be easily re-padded to be more comfortable. The blade is balanced oddly, being at the end of the circular notches around midlength of the blade, which also isn't a big deal.

Dollars for donuts these are a great deal. They come wrapped up as to avoid cutting. They are sufficiently sharp for wall art, howevert they are 440 steel so will hold a decent working edge. I took 10 minutea sharpening the different sections, honing the last 6 or so inches to a razors edge sufficient of fine kitchen work. I took them outside and gave a few swings against various vegetation, the edge maintained and cut very well. However the handle bites into my hand a bit. I'd recommend rewrapping the handles despite it eliminating the magnets effectivness. The magnets are far cooler in theory than in practicality. But he'll for $22 and a little elbow grease yand modification you can have 2 fine machetes, that look mean as anything to boot. And I bought mine to do yard work mostly, they would be a great wall hanger as well.

No doubt you will be browsing "machetes" and see these a bit down the list and think, "OMG, I MUST HAVE THOSE!" That's what I did. They are probably the coolest things I have seen in a while, but useful? I got them two days ago, and have been nonstop sharpening, and they are still dull. It is a huge pain. And what you can't see in the picture is that from the point where the blade turns back in to almost the handle is all serrated. That isn't good for chopping brush. You have to hit the branch just right with the last 8" in order to get a good chop. In hindsight I wish I'd just ordered a more common machete. If these weren't so cool looking, I would definitely give it a lower rating.

I bought these for my wife, she likes sharp things, and she is crazy about them. We live in a not so great area so when she hears something outside these are the first things she grabs for. pretty sturdy. When they arrived they needed some touching up, tips were bent from poor handling during shipping, but a few minutes with a stone and they were perfect. We played a bit of fruit ninja and they sliced through an apple like butter.

Piece of crap!!!! The handle isn't padded on each side, the blade bends, and the paint job is clumpy. If you want my opinion it's crapy and cheap. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!

1. great blade. shape and balance and when separated are even better.2. the sheath sucks but it will do.3. the magnets in the blade are not flush and there is glue all over the blade.4. nylon wrapping on the handle sucks. re wrap it with para chord and you will be much happier.5. only problem with the para chord is that it effect the magnet in the handle.6. it's more feasible to use these separate then together if you ever need to use them.
