Needs improvement considering the cost.
Had to do a lot of customizing to make it work. The two bars that are next to the foot pads are way too close to your feet as it slams your ankle when jumping on it. I cut those off and it was so much more comfortable. The barbs intended to allow you to pull the plug out needs to be bent out further as out of the box it would cut the hex in the grass but not pull the plug out.

Product is ok and im sure it works better on sand based golf greens. I tried to use it on residential, sandy loam and it had a hard time cutting through the turf to pull the plugs.

Don't waste your money
For anyone in the turf industry this is far too bulky heavy and not remotely professional grade this tool is a joke
