Fantastic. Highly recommended
Is a fantastic product.Takes some time to set up wifi but then things were super smooth.I have a couple of obscure brands that are popular only in Africa where I live. It learnt the remotes very easily.Google home setup was achieved but Google takes time to process the command. Would rather use the IR.Strongly recommended

Great product and very useful
Very good product, but no support for indian branded ac. We need to map each and every key of the remote and the job is not that easy. But over all it is a good buy.

Must have device
Now every where Automatic system as well as AI based gageds are playing important role in our daily life. More of the time these help us to do our daily activities easily these may also make us lazy, but now can't ignore their importance.This is a device which must make life cool. Set up your IR Remote operated appliances once and forgot about your multiple remote. You can operate your appliances over your mobile phone or through Alexa, Google Home using WiFi network. This worked very good for me till now. Customer support is very very good till now. Hope they will provide this type of warm support as well as after sale service.Hope broadlink never use our personal details with open market. š

Easy to use
The remote is easy to use but has limited functionality also Iām unable to connect it to my Alexa

Terrible & did not work
The product was not working to begin with. The packing also did not seem to be authentic. The power adapter was in a separate lose packing whereas the cable was packed separately. But in which ever case the product did not work. Please perform quality checks before you put up your products for sale.

Amazing
Works fine , just forget the normal remote and use this ir blaster. Worke better than the normal remote .

A really good device which does exactly as advertised. No disconnections, no range issues. In short its a good buy and makes life extremely easy and convenient.

The device started working with alexa.. The online support from global tech was amazing.. He guided each step on WhatsApp. For that i would give 5/5. N for device 4/5.
