My magic pill !!Have been taking this Tribe Organics Turmeric Complex for a while and love it !! It’s a fantastic product and since it is combined with Boswellia, it works a lot faster. Works wonders for me, I have no aches or pains. I really used to struggle walking up and down the stairs with painful knees and felt like an older person. I am only 37 and since I’m taking this product I can run up and down the stairs and I feel like my age again. It says to take 4 capsules daily but I only take 2 with it being a high dose anyway and still works wonders. I am really happy with this complex and I will continue buying. Thank you TRIBE

These capsules are amazing. I had already heard great things about the impact of turmeric on aching joints, but my experience of taking these surpassed my expectations. After only 4-5 days, I started to notice a real change and my sore hip was much less painful. I have now been taking the capsules for 2 weeks and I am pain-free. I chose this brand because it has Boswellia and I knew that the black pepper and ginger would provide additional benefit. I also did some research of where this company sources their products and everything comes from 100% legit companies.I have already recommended these capsules to friends who are now enjoying the benefits.

Mostly all good. No way to demonstrably check for pain relief or absorption. I feel fine when I eat these.

I am almost two weeks into this 1 month course of turmeric ,Boswellia, ginger & black pepper capsules and l have to say there has been a good improvement in arthritic pain relief especially in my hands and knees - the biggest sore points! The capsules are quite sizeable but easy to swallow with plenty of water and are also absorbed pretty quickly. I am perfectly happy to recommend this product !! l will be ordering again when l have nearly completed the four week course of capsules. Thank you Tribe Organics

The old packaging contained 120 capsules with a recommended daily dose of 4 capsules for a total of 1000mg of Curcumin per serving. The new packaging only contains 90 capsules with a new recommended daily dose of 3 capsules for a total of 750mg of curcumin. Either the company has changed their opinion on what is the correct dosage or they are trying to make more money buy selling you less product. As a user of this product for over two years I would argue the latter.As for the actual product, it's fantastic. I've used this for years to fight my facial rosacea with great results. I also noticed my right knee aching about a day after christmas - probably due to taking several days off my diet in favor of holiday treats. Taking a full dose (4 capsules) of this Turmeric my knee pain disappeared quickly.Overall, I think this is a fantastic product - I'm just disappointed in the changing label and bottle contents. I'd highly recommend you use the previous recommended dose of 4 capsules. Works wonders.
