My fingernails usually peel and crack and I wanted to give this a chance to see if anything would change. I really think it has helped the strength and sturdiness of my sad fingernails. They seem stronger and thicker, which I had no idea could happen in just a month. The liquid has a great flavor, and goes down easily (I recommend shaking just to be certain). It is only half a dropper or so, and is easy to remember because of its yummy flavor. I does have other ingredients than biotin, but that’s not a consideration for me, unless it contributed the strengthening of my nails and hair. I’ll keep trying a few more months to see if it helps my hair, and maybe skin, but I’m happy with the results on my fingernails. I have very soft and thin hair, I hope that changes, we’ll see. Highly recommend!!

I really like that its a sublingual supplement, and the taste is very good! After about a month of using this product I've noticed my hair is a lot stronger and it has grown longer. My nails are also noticeably stronger and don't break as easily! I definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for a biotin supplement for hair and nail growth!

I purchased this liquid biotin because the biotin supplements I was using weren't helping my weak, brittle nails and fine, thin hair. I'm on my second bottle now, and I think it IS helping, but I want to caveat that by saying that I'm also using Hard as Hoof lotion for my nails and Kerainque regrowth spray for my hair. I would recommend it as part of a hair/nail improvement regimen, but I can't vouch for its effectiveness as a standalone solution.

I like that there isn't any unpleasant taste. Very easy to take. My nails are long and strong. New hair growth is coming in.

I’ve been using this for almost a year. It made my hair grow, and grow thicker. I think that it is also keeping the gray at a bit at bay. I’m 62 and most of my hair is still black. It was starting to show a speckle of gray, and using this has slowed that down. I couldn’t be happier that I found this! Super easy, as well!

I have only been using this product for a few weeks, so I cannot say much about hair growth as it is still too early. What I can comment on is how easy it is to take. It is tasty, and easy to use. Simply put half a dropper of this liquid under the tongue and leave it for 20 seconds before swallowing. As a person who hates taking capsules and tablets, this is a God-send! Also, since it is a liquid, it is easier for the body to absorb the biotin. I can't wait to see the results with continued use.

Does this stuff taste like candy like those gummy vitamins? No, but it's extremely tolerable. But that's a good thing in this case since I have little self control and tend to eat a whole bottle of gummy vitamins within a week. This stuff is like chalky berry flavored liquid. I got my first order of this on April 5, 2020. I dyed my hair two shades darker with permanent dye the same day to cover my stupid gray hairs, and been taking the recommended dose daily since then. Today is April 23, 2020 and noticed while looking in the mirror that my roots have clearly grown about a half inch in 3 weeks, which is mind-boggling. There is a clear line of contrast where the dye was applied when my hair was shorter, and where new gray hair has grown closer to my scalp. I definitely plan to keep ordering and see how long my hair gets in the next 6 months so I can finally fix a bad haircut from January!UPDATE: still taking this daily after about 90 days and my hair has grown about an inch and a half. My nails have also stopped breaking and I've been having to trim them more often. I love this stuff!
