Go for your actual size and not the recommended size. Also the fabric is very light.
The recommended size is smaller and I am going to exchange it for higher size.

It's one size short. I bought XXL which was 38-40 inches however the size is small and if you a woman just don't buy, very tight near thighs.

Bro like it does not even do its job and not even wear for showing off in front of friends. It just doest not do its job and doest not even reach till knees plus, it also has a ugly looking strip on the side. Trust me DONT BUY THIS... IT A A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.
