I make a mug of this hot cocoa at night before going to sleep. It's easy to mix a tablespoon of the cocoa powder with a cup of boiling water and dissolves with a quick stir. I like that the ingredients are minimal, organic and from plants. I like knowing that the Reishi mushrooms in the cocoa are reducing inflammation and helping my immune system. I've also found I go to sleep faster when I have a mug of this before bed. You definitely taste the coconut & monk fruit and it has a strong dark cocoa flavor so I add a bit of sweetened cream. For me the price is definitely worth the benefits.

These are tasty, non caffeinated & low carb. The only problem is that there is Stevia in there so I cant invest into them on a regular basis. I hope one day they will make it without stevia so that I can keep my kitchen stocked with these.

This product isn't necessarily for sleep. In fact, I use reishi and cacao for making energizing, calming, brain-boosting supplements because they both have those qualities. But they also have relaxing, stress-relieving adaptogenic qualities as well. So I personally don't take this right before bed, but anyone can choose to if they want. The taste is sweet and pleasant because sweeteners are added. The packets are very small, and when I try to fill my large glass mug, it tastes too watery. So in reality, this product is overpriced and I believe the slick packaging cost them more than anything else. However, on Sephora they sell this for several dollars more. I just enjoy the convenience of the sealed packets.The powder mixes easily into hot liquids. You can mix other ingredients like manuka honey in here. Overall I like this product, its natural organic ingredients and the satisfying taste. It's definitely worth trying!

This taste amazing when adding to my morning coffee. It taste good by itself but I love adding the mushroom benefits to my morning routine. Dissolves well and adds a delicious mocha flavor.

I would give this product a full five stars because it does help calm me for the night but I can't give it a full five stars because it tastes nasty And I have to choke it down.

Really brings the calm on in the evening. I mix with milk of choice instead of water!! Yum!

Horrible. Smells bad, taste bad and doesn't dissolve very easily. Could not drink it. One package is only good for a 4 oz cup of hot chocolate. Who only makes a 4 oz cup of anything? Standard cup size is at least 8 oz. I'll stick with Hershey which taste great, cheaper in price and only has one ingredient (Cocoa). I would return this for a refund but was not listed as returnable.
