It's good but not the most necessary thing to take. Most men's multivitamins have this in it already. If you want a larger dose here it is! It's good for prostate and slight inflammation.

I've always wondered why vitamin suppliers only fill their containers 1/3 to half full. This product only fills about 40% of the bottle volume. I bought two bottles and condensed the contents into one container. The empty one is now just a piece of unnecessary plastic waste. What are they thinking?

Taking for prostate started with one gelcap per day, will take two now. With staying away from sugars, pasta, changing to more salads red meat, numbers went from16 down to 8.9 in one year. Wife is trying to get me to walk a little each day.

This dosage (20mg) is just right for a daily supplemental vitamin! Fair price as well.
