This is a very good quality rubber dam, I've tried to tear it while testing it but still will keep its elasticity and won't tear.

Not for Intimacy
Its a great product. The latex is super stretchy and thick. I've tried breaking it to no avail. It's strong. However , I completely missed the "patient" and "tooth diagram" words soI thought these were for intimate uses. The description was quite misleading, but I should've paid more attention as well. Also, they're non-sterile so they're not packaged individually which also I didn't realize the two were correlated.

For dentist
These are for dentists and are not individually wrapped. They are a bit thicker than the personal use ones but I bet they would still work, I'd recommend getting the thinner ones if you want dams for personal use. The mint smell is good, it doesn't really taste like much except maybe like a glove.
