No instructions whatsoever, use Youtube to find out how to install themThere is a bad illegible print on the side of the box that tells you nothing.I pulled them open to see and it snapped shut and pinched my hand, be careful, a very strong spring.These will replace failed hinges on a Steam railway gate to the track.The trick is to remove the lock pins first and not loose the tiny pins with the longer tool pin.Fixe the hinges, and rotate the barrel with the provided longer pin tool to tension them.See? They could tell you that first!
