Solid lock
The hole size is definitely not standard, we had to drill a slightly larger opening, but this is a really good lock. It has a sleek modern look and it feels rugged and ready to handle some heavy traffic.

Best Passage Lock Available
This is a great lock to have. Its heavy duty and very sturdy. I use it with my smart lock and MasterLock deadbolt that comes in the same oil rubbed bronze color.

Read the fine print! Fixed backset only.
The quality of this lock is great but the fixed backset of 2 3/4" is a bummer if you have a hold already drilled that has a 2 3/8" backset. Most locks have an adjustable backset but this one is a fixed size. Not sure why they couldn't include another backset latch or even an adjustable for the price of this one.

Easy to install
I bought this lock to replace some older Falcon units. This lock is very easy to install with just four screws. There is no spanner nut like on other commercial locks. Total install time was about four minutes and the action is really smooth.

Solid construction and definitely heavy duty
Very solid construction. Much heavier than the residential variants out there. Pay close attention to the 2 3/4 backseat depth. This didn't work for my existing door. For a new hole though the instructions come with a template for the hole saw. I think Master Lock should have been more descriptive in their website description regarding this.
