Its Lawery Salt.
I used to eat at Lawry's in Corna Dei Mar ( Corupda Del Mar). The food was great. People who worked there loved their jobs. The salt is the labor of the family that owned the restaurants. I am sure they sold the formula to someone but I still love to cook with it. It gives the meat a great smell as you cook.

The perfect combo
Amongst all the spice blends these are the two I buy most often, finding them as a set pair just made so much sense to meI don't like using prepared blends or spices with sugars etc I usually use raw fresh spices but these two specifically are so easy and perfect for a variety of foods, it couldn't be easier.Bon appetit
