Got this and the base game- lots of fun solo or in a group. Get the teams expansion to add more cars so you can do teams! Worth the $

This is a must have expansion. The more you can add to Rallyman GT the better.

I've been looking for this for 2 months. Very hard to find and a must have to use other expansions.

Rallyman GT has, over the past year, become one of my favorite board games. The rules are incredibly intuitive and somehow manage to distill the complexities of a road race into an exciting and competitive board game.For awhile now, I've been looking forward to getting some of the expansions, which for the longest time have been hard to find.This World Tour set offers more tiles, expanding the options for building pre-mapped out or custom race tracks. It also includes more focus tokens, allowing you to resupply if some of your original tokens have become lost or worn. Also included is a booklet of track layouts to mimic some existing real-world tracks...... and therein lies the one flaw in this set. The one thing not mentioned in the product description is that you cannot actually build some of those real-world tracks without ALSO purchasing the Championship expansion. Also, due to the way the roads "connect" in many of these new tiles, it makes them difficult to integrate with the original track tiles with just this expansion alone -- again making it almost necessary to purchase the Championship expansion in order to fully utilize this one.I was planning to purchase the Championship expansion at some point, anyway. I just wasn't expecting to HAVE to purchase it in order to fully use this one.That's why I'm giving this only 3 stars. In my opinion, an expansion should support the original game, not require other expansions. Rather than 2 incomplete $20 expansions, I would have rather seen this and the Championship set bundled into one. Even if at the same price point ($40), at least customers would know they are getting a fully usable expansion out of the box.If Holy Grail Games reads this, I hope that they continue to put out content for Rallyman GT, but I would also hope they take this criticism to heart and no longer release incomplete expansions.
