Sturdy and perfect for my use!

Can't believe that I am writing a review about jumbo safety pins, but here goes... These days, I rarely encounter a product (purchased online) that "lives up" to the advertising description. This product does. I needed a few heavy duty safety pins to keep the backside of a large couch cushion cover attached, without slipping off (since the cover zipper no longer works). These safety pins work great! Excellent quality, very large, and certainly heavy duty! My wife thinks that these pins would work well with a kilt, too. I highly recommend this product.

Works great for after surgery drain bag support

These 5" safety pins, appear to be strong. They are the same size as the old military duffle bag pins. Haven't used them yet, so not able to say how they will hold up.

I love that I have my keys on that safety pin. I have my set of house keys and car keys on the pin. Easy to open when I valet my car and give them that key. Stays securely closed and big enough to find in my bag when I need them. Great item!!

Perfect charm for my handbag

I bought these pins to hold a lumbar support pillow against the back of a mesh chair. I read the description cautioning that the pins will leave a large hole in fabric, but I didn’t care since I was fine with visible punctures on the back of the lumbar support and the chair is mesh anyway. What I did not appreciate from the description is that only the very tip of the pin is sharp and it’s followed by a very small/short taper. This makes it SUPER difficult to push the pin through much of anything. The design won’t let it slide through. I finally got two of them through my lumbar support but it was far from trivial to do. After the set up the pins are holding great. Quality of the material is high and the color is silver as described.

Well, I used it as complement in my principal keychain, for what? You can open it and hook it to your jeans belt loop, also hook it to your backpack, addittional I put a keychain quick connect to carry car key and all house keys, when in use I disconnect the car key from the main keys. Very usefull!
