A friend and I were discussing our need for Anti-depressant Medication and how awful it is if you run out of your prescription before you have more on hand! This pill does what I had hoped it would help with. It is always correct to consult with your doctor when using supplements, especially when combined with other meds. I take this to help with anxiety etc.I personally like it a lot, it helped me not feel the racing feeling in the check when a city kicks in.GABA and Ashwaganga work well for me with it as well!!
