Good price, great to have around. I keep on in the garage and one in the tool truck. Perfect for when you need it.

Don’t ask me why; I’m a knot nut.
For some reason, lol, I like to tie all kinds of knots for household use, wrapping bundles or tying down loads of varied sizes. This type of rope is easy to work with, strong enough for all of my uses and a great bargain! I’ll buy it again!

Colored Inner Core
I love this product, however, I don't care for the black core. I make large baskets out of it use approx 1200 feet per basket, and when I need to weave ends in, the cut edges are black. The cord is a natural linen color and the black ends dot every place I connect the ends. They don't weave in completely concealed. So, if you don't mind black spots here and there it's no issue. But I prefer a white or natural color core so ends are not obvious.Sturdy, keeps it shape, and is easy to crochet with.

Not Suitable as 1/4" Rope
Rope was well packaged and appeared of acceptable "quality" except rope diameter is vastly undersized and unsuitable for projects requiring a 1/4" thick rope.Packaging sates #6 but the rope is undersized for #6 rope as well. The diameter when at rest is .175", not the specified .250".The under diameter may also reduce its predicted strength.

Used for a project - works as expected!
It's cotton rope. Nothing fancy, but glad I got it!

Good product for crafts
I bought this to use in making bowls. I had seen this cord zig-zagged into a circle, using my embroidery machine to make a design on the bottom, then continuing to zigzag layers to build the sides to form a bowl. There are lots of u-tube videos on this process, and it was fun to use!

Heavy mildew smell
I used this as a cording for baskets. I was not planning on washing the baskets but the heavy mildew smell forced my hand. The smell is not completely out so I will put these out in sub-zero temps and hope the cold drops the rest of the mildew smell out.
