I have been suffering from foot pain/plantar faciitis for YEARS. These are fantastic for relieving that pain. If I put these in my Softstar Primal Merry Janes or any other foot shaped shoe that I have they seriously make my feet stop hurting. I have made the switch to barefoot/minimalist shoes because of the pain and that has helped a lot also but these really do the trick!!

I like this product. But even with no socks I do not find it stimulating enough. However is may be a good place for someone to start. Easy to wear all day.

I really didn't notice any difference compared to the insole that I normally have in my shoe. I wear minimalist shoes, and got these because I'm on my feet all day as a physical therapist. I didn't find that these really made my feet feel any different at the end of the day. I did not wear socks when I used these.

I must admit that I was somewhat dubious that an insole could possibly improve my balance. I have mild residual chemo-induced neuropathy in my feet. I do not have pain, but numbness in my toes which affects my proprioception (awareness of body position) and balance. Although PT did help tremendously, I still struggled with my balance in yoga class. However, after wearing Naboso Neuro insoles for approximately 6 weeks, I noticed a marked improvement in my balance. I can, once more, do Tree Pose-not perfectly-but almost! Definitely worth a try!

Really has helped strengthen my feet — I had a lot of pain in my great toe and couldn’t do planks and 2 weeks of wearing them my pain is almost completely gone. —- does require wearing thin socks

Wear them as much as I can. I love the feeling under my feet. Since it's getting colder, trying to wear them without socks, but not the same feeling with socks. I agree can you make a pair in socks so I wear them in the winter!!!!

Ok, I could have bought a new pair of shoes for the price, but no regrets. I’m a womens uk8 & only had to trim a few mm off the pointy toe end of the medium. I’ve replaced the insoles in a pair of barefoot shoes and now don’t want to take them off. They are only just wide enough though, so if you’ve got a wide foot, I’d maybe go for the men’s.

I was worried these would be uncomfortable. Not the case and they really don’t take getting used to. I noticed a difference almost immediately. Anyone who have any issues with painful feet, such as pins and needles or a mild achy like sensation I highly recommend these. I wish I had purchased these sooner. What a relief.

Product is as described and I fell ion love with them first time I used them Have since ordered a number of these covering the full Naboso insole spectrum ad do go out without a pair of one of them in my shoes. One of my best purchases ever.

This product makes your foot come to life instantly. The second I fit it in my shoe, got my foot in there, I knew exactly what was happening & felt the benefits. Such an amazing product.

After using for a week, I can feel my feet soles and toes which is new to me. When I wake up in the morning, my feet Are a bit numb and after using the insoles, they are better. I bought these for plantar fasciitis and to improve my posture.
