So good I bought them twice
I have used a ton of earbuds, including Jaybird and Sony Galaxy, but these are byfar my favorite. I tend to enjoy bass quite a bit more than most people and these are the earbuds that have the most bass without distortion in my experience, even compared to later versions like the 85t. Additionally, earbuds often hurt my ears after ~40 minutes and these last longer. They still hurt eventually but I can wear them for ~2 hours at least before that. The Sound+ app also has good features, include a location function and a basic equalizer. The location function is not turned on by default so you need to go into the app and set it up, but it's easy. I did not know this with my first pair and thus could not use it when I lost them. After I lost my first pair, I tried a few other earbuds and ended up buying another set of these. I have used them at work, doing things around the house, and in the gym and have not had issues with them falling out. There is one con worth mentioning, if you take the right earbud out you cannot use the left one on its own. If you take the left out, you can start the music again and use just the right but it will get paused. Also the mic is pretty poor quality, but I rarely use these for calls so that does not impact me much.

I've had it for 2 years
The earbuds fit great, have good connectivity, and were very easy to set up. I bought a pair new back 2 years ago and bought a backup refurbished pair this year. Overall I'm pretty happy with my two purchases.

Two refurbished pairs in a row not working
When I got my first pair of Jabras (elite 75t) a few years ago they were great. Durable, great sound, decent bass, noise cancelation was good. By far my favorite earbuds I’ve had. Unfortunately I lost one of them and right now isn’t a great time for me to spend $215 on earbuds. I really wanted Jabras again though so I order refurbished ones for cheaper. I’m not expecting them to be perfect since they’re used and significantly cheaper but I thought I’d at least be able to use them. The first pair I got would constantly break up if my phone moved at all. This means I can use them to go for a run, I can’t walk with my phone in my pocket, sometimes just barely touching my phone would make it cut in and out. They would disconnect sometimes, and I couldn’t go more than 15-20 ft away without them disconnecting. So I ordered a replace meant so I could return these ones. Replacement came today and the left earbuds won’t turn on, and doesn't seem to charged. It turned on when I first connected them, but now it won’t do anything. No light comes on when I place it in or take it out of the charging case. So disappointed because my original Jabras were perfect, but these refurbished ones are terrible and not really even usable if you want them to work even close to how they’re meant to. I got a lot of suggestions for other ones so if I have to spend a bunch of money for new ones now anyway I’ll probably check out something other than Jabra, like the XM4s or something I’ve heard good things about.

Renewed and working well, but disappointed by sound vs. 65t
I bought these renewed headphones after my Jabra Elite Active 65ts went on the fritz after over a year of use (Jabra is giving me a warranty replacement and have been responsive, so thumbs up to them for that). The renewed model seems, well, good as new. That was a relief based on the different experiences some have reported. As for the merits of the product itself: I liked the 65ts so much that I figured the 75ts must be better. For some, they might be, but the sound quality is not as good for my taste. The 75ts have ridiculously overpowered bass that drowns out the mids/treble in your music -- I have to lower the bass significantly in the EQ to get a "clean" sound. If you're into hip-hop or bass-heavy EDM, the sound from these might be better for your liking, but for rock and other musical styles, I prefer the 65ts. I also prefer the fit of the 65ts (which are significantly larger than these), but that's almost certainly just a matter of preference/physiology/and what I'm accustomed to. On the plus side, the 75ts clearly have a better charging case design and better/deeper headphone controls.Still a good product, but if your main purpose is listening to music, you might be happier to save some money and go with the 65ts.

Well worth it at $180, so definitely a deal at $125 (currently, renewed)
I ordered the 75t on a Thursday evening and they were shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, I received them the following Monday. The item looks brand new and they work like new. The headphones had 100% charge and the case had 63%. Sound quality is the best I've heard from an earbud. I also have the Bose QC35, Bose Soundsport Truly Wireless, and the Jabra 65t. These are the best all around, they even have more bass than the QC35 which is an over ear headset. They're much lighter weight than the previous 65t and perfect for exercise, sporting, etc.Note: I know a lot of people have issues pairing these out of the box. When removing from case, press the button on both buds simultaneously to start pairing.Make sure you update the buds if you have issues with call quality, it does resolve that issue.

I’m really trying to like these!
I so wanted these to work, cancel some noise, and not hurt my ears. They do play music or movies or whatever you want. Zero noise cancellation. In the airplane, I had to wear my over the ear headphones ( muffs) over these so I could hear my movie - for 5.5 hours!☹️ They make my baby ears hurt too. I switched from the wireless Bose sound sport (with the cord that rests on your neck), because those never last a year. But the Bose are noise canceling, don’t hurt, with great sound. Jabra, let’s get it together. These are not cheap for how crappy they are. Positive - I like the charger box they come in.
