Perfect for aspiring ramen masters
Perfect thing for preparing noodles as part of your ramen experiments.One thing to note. I guess it should be obvious, but you will need quite a deep pot, to let it hang from the side in a stable manner.Mine is a touch too shallow, so the seive touches the bottom and has a tendency to slide to the side and let out it's contents if I don't keep an eye on it. Not a fault with the design... I just need a taller pan.

Too big for an average pot
I bought it as a strainer for the miso. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's way too big for the average and small size pots for that purpose. It works ok for noodles.

great product well worth it
very pleased with this. better with a deep pot though and so if you have a shallower pot you might prefer a flat seive rather than this deeper one.
