Good flavor
A bit acidic but overall pretty good. I take mine black so prefer a smoother less acidic bean. Definitely 4 stars.

Not the best crema for my espresso
I think this is a pretty good coffee. It’s definitely commodity coffee. It’s some goodbye at grocery store. I think you’re gonna do a French press or pour over. Or Aeropress your going to be great, but for my espresso machine, I didn’t get a lot of crema. Maybe the beans need to be fresher.
