We love the uniqueness of the salt. We love setting it out for visitors and them wondering why it’s black. Great price. It is versatile and can be used on everythihg. If you put it on a potato it will turn it grey.

This salt is no table salt. It has a good flavor and a lot of minerals. But it will turn things black. So be careful.

Good price on a daily use item

I bought this after being inspired by a black salt rim on a Margarita at a Thai restaurant. Thos salt is beautiful but it gets a little messy looking on a wet glass rim. Might be user error. This is a substantial bag of salt that will last a long time. It’s jet black and will add interest, crunch and flavor to any number of dish presentations.

This makes it so much easier to see the amount of salt being added. It is wonderful for salt restricted diets.

It is hard to find black salt with grains that are larger than fine. i was hesitant to try a new brand because a different one worked perfectly, and I was nervous that this would not give off the same dark black color. however, I was regret hesitating! if you are looking to buy black salt with larger grain and high quality, this is it. this salt has everything i am looking for and for a great price as well.
