Fit is 100% with both connections in the proper place. Come mostly charged and ready for use. Decided to test capacity and it ran 1 led lamp for just over an hour until the ups powered down.

Fit my UPS, charged well. So far has worked. Factory batteries seem to last longer, for me.

I bought this because my APC Battery Backups Pro 1000 started to lose power all the time. I figured out that the battery inside had gone bad. I thought originally that I was going to have to replace the entire model that is almost $200 dollars, but I did some research and found that it's just the battery inside and it could be replaced fairly easy and for a fraction of the cost to replace the entire unit instead. It arrived in less then 24 hours after placing the order and got the new battery installed within 10 minutes after opening the box. My APC Pro 1000 works perfectly fine now and it was overall an easy fix. I've got 3 of these units in my home, so next time I have an issue like this, I'll be able to fix them easily and for a low price. I'll definitely use this company again if that happens. My battery alarmed and bought this back up battery. I haven't installed it yet since the old one is still working fine atm.

APC replacement battery fits perfectly. Purchased last one from Amazon more than 4 1/2 years ago. Lasting close to 5 years with multiple blackouts, it’s worth getting a genuine replacement. Recommend to buy genuine and not cheap ones that don’t fit or last long.

Exact replacement for our APC BE350C battery. After several years the old battery gave up. Purchased this battery replacement in August of 2024. Upon receipt we replaced the old battery, and shipped it to the recycle facility using the RBC Recycling Program on the APC website. The program had a free return to the closest recycling center, and we used the packaging from the new battery to return the old one. The replacement has been, and is even now, working without fail since install. Great deal all around, we saved a lot of money. Thanks!

Both Amazon and APC list this as a replacement battery cartridge for the APC ES350 UPS. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. It certainly doesn't work with *my* ES350 -- won't even fit in the slot. My guess is that APC has used the same nomenclature for several different UPS form factors over the years. And if you buy the wrong one, you're screwed -- Amazon won't accept the return of batteries.So here's a brand new, unused lead-acid battery heading straight to my local hazardous waste (and I'm conscientious -- I know people who would just dump in the garbage headed for their local landfill). This is an incredible waste of resources.I would advise someone looking for a replacement UPS battery to avoid buying it on the internet unless they are super sure they have exactly the right cartridge. The extra few bucks to be able to look at what your purchasing and compare it with old one to ensure a fit is worth it. At the very least, double-check the model number -- not just the product name.I love Amazon, but I was very disappointed with the two sentence version of 'tough luck pal -- take it your local hazardous waste' response to my desire to correct an error that was a result of unclear information on the part of the manufacturer.
