I take L- Theanine with Magnesium which is very important. It does easy stressful situations.

Excellent Quality & Consistency
I have done extensive research on L-Theanine supplements and this is one of my TOP brands. I have been very pleased with the quality and consistency of this product. This particular version also contains Green Tea which is a natural source of Theanine. As you can see from my photos, the capsules are not too large and I find them easy to swallow. If needed, you can also open them up and sprinkle on food, add to a drink, etc.There is quite a bit of clinical research on Theanine to help with mood, relaxation, stress, etc, so I encourage everyone to take a little time and review some of this information. Awesome product for high stress / anxiety!
Amazing product to have if you experience periodic anxiety due to a high stress job or just feeling more anxious than usual. Works for me within 30 mins, without making me sleepy or losing focus at work!! This is extremely important for those who work in a fast pace environment. Also, this has had no interaction with any of the other supplements I take.Overall, stay alert and focused but with less anxiety!

Helps me sleep and reduces my anxiety
I was using the Jarrow brand, which I liked and trusted, but they suddenly got super duper expensive. I've been using the 5-HTP from this brand and liking it, so I thought it would try their l-theanine.I was worried that the decaffeinated green tea extract would be a little stimulating and contribute to my insomnia, since I'm very sensitive to stuff like that. I'm happy to report that I don't sense any stimulation and in fact take this right before bed with no problems. Combined with their 5-HTP and a different brand of melatonin, I have found this to be a potent helper with sleep.(Also check out a supplement called Sleep Factors if you're having trouble sleeping. That stuff really helped with my insomnia, but I developed a gaba sensitivity and can't take it anymore.)

Good. but I would recommend a 200 mg pill.
Well, I can tell you, if you have anxiety or panic disorder like me you need to try L-theanine. I don't know if the brand matters, although this has green tea in it, some people have stomach issues with that.Either way, if you have panic disorder or anxiety give this a try. I am using 200 mg of l-theanine and the effect is great. Its not a high feeling, in fact I don't notice anything, except..... it prevents me from getting to that next level of panic. Let me explain, before I would hear a loud bang, or smell a strange smell(I work in chemical manufacturing so a strange smell to me is more than just a strange smell) and these triggers would set off full blown panic attacks. Now, with L-theanine, while I still may get a little panic, it never gets to that next level of extreme fear, shaking, palpitations etc etc... this really helps in a subtle but very important way. It's almost like its bringing me to normal.I am only taking 200 mg, and from what I have been reading 400-800 mg is when most people get the full benefits , but I'm already seeing it at 200 mg. I gave this 4 stars because, its good, but get a 200 mg pill. I don't think it matters what brand, just get 200 mg's size pills. Now foods always has made good quality products though, just in case you have never used them before. And you might want to avoid the green tea, not sure, more personal preference than anything.

Anxiety be-gone
This has been a life saver for me, I deal with generalized anxiety and panic attacks that started to keep me from wanting to leave the house at times. I didn’t want to take perscription meds until I exhausted all other options so my doc suggest this and gaba. Two 100mg l-theanine in the AM and one in PM. And one 100mg Gaba In AM and 1 at PM. It’s the average starting dose for both if anyone is wondering. You can add or take away as need but if you deal with anxiety it’s worth the money to see if this works as well for you. Do your research but I swear by it, I’ve got everyone on l-theanine now just for the clarity, focus and calm it brings...even if you don’t have anxiety!!
