Life changing. I was experiencing cramps in my calves. I bought a massager, I did stretches, I tried pain cream but it just kept coming back. I read about the different kinds of magnesium and how the body absorbs one, but not the most commonly available one. Slow Mag is the only one that has the readily absorbable kind of magnesium so I tried it. I'm now on my third bottle. My calf muscles stopped cramping up, I sleep better and I don't experience ringing in my ears like I did when taking OTC crappy Magnesium. Do yourself a favor and try this one. Take it at night with some D vitamin because they work together to increase absorption. It's really the best Magnesium supplement out there.

The only thing I find to be an inconvenience is the number of tabs I have to take daily to get the dose I need. I like the enteric coated tabs because they don't cause me any gastric distress, and my physician recommended Slow-Mag. Overall, I recommend Slow-Mag to anyone that needs to take a Magnesium supplement; an added bonus, Slow-Mag also contains Calcium.

My dr. Recommended I take this pill as my numbers were down for magnesium and calcium. Ok good. Except sometimes I could not find it in the drug stores, or big box stores. So I was happy that I could find not one bottle, but three at once. Hurray !!
