Easy to use
If you expect a high end fluke instrument for a fraction of the cost you are looking in the wrong place. This is cheap and effective as a pass/fail type of test. It works and for the nonprofessional it will give you what you need.

Meter was DOA.
The meter did not power up out of the box. The laser tool that accompanies the meter works fine. I am trying to get a replacement ASAP.
