Rhodiola Rosea Capsules by Freak Athletics 120 200mg Capsules - 400mg Per Serving

Been taking it for 4 months now after changing brands and everything has been great so far. Good value, bought based on the other good reviews. No side effects to report.

Works as part of my strength training (resistance training) after just a single 200mg dose taken 40 mins before a session as per Andrew Huberman's (podcaster) suggestion. I weigh 65 kg so, you may need a higher dose.It works pretty immediately, so there is no need to ramp up like, say, creatine, although both can be taken together without any noticeable side effects. Well, not for me, anyway! Try it and see:)

I occassionally use a High Street Vitamin shop version that does work. Unfortunately, the High street rival's comes in a compreesed tablet and it smells odd floral smell (from the plant). I don't like the smell, so was looking for something similar. Yes, I feel better and the capsule is easier to swallow. Don't use if naturally feeding baby or pregnant, as it can aid drying up milk supply. I take it for fatigue and it helps, also reduced stressed when a relative died without being addictive.

I don’t know if it’s a placebo or not! However I find take much easier to get started. Been on them for a little while now and combined with my mushroom complex in the morning things have improved greatly

I find this seems to reduce anxiety and improve positive feelings. When I ran out I went back to struggling to sleep, so it's evidently helping with that too.

Really happy with this product. Ordered a few makes and I feel like this one works the best for me. Quick efficient delivery and really good value for money.
