It’s quite large. But a useful tool in the kitchen. I got mine mainly for dealing with coffee grounds which, if allowed down the plughole, can cause quite severe drain blockage.Not the easiest to clean (hence 4 rather then 5 stars) but it works well.

Chinois is great, stand is poor quality
After placing the chinois back in the stand after a week the 2nd ring of the stand fell off. The chinois it's self is absolutely very good

Adatto per le marmellate e zuppa di pesce
Funziona molto bene per le marmellate più complesse ovvero quelle di frutti e bacche con semini o altre parti che è bene eliminare tipo more, corbezzoli, rosa canina, ecc. Funziona anche molto bene per passare i piccoli pesci ricchi di spine e farne un'ottima zuppa.
