so far so good.
I'm at drama school as a mature student and last term I was feeling INCREDIBLY burned out. I've suffered from severe burnout before from working a corporate job - i felt like my brain was stuffed with cotton wool, I had terrible brain fog, I was constantly exhausted, spending every minute of free time sleeping and still waking up exhausted, and my mood was down the toilet. Back then I went to the doctor and tested rock bottom for vitamin b12, D, ferritin and folate. I felt pretty much the same when term ended: I couldn't think clearly, I was randomly really struggling with some very basic lines, notes from directors which needed to be implemented instantly for screen was overwhelming (with stage I could at least write it down first and then take some time to process, but screen is redirection between takes, so you have to be really on it) -so I decided to take some vitamins because as an actor you NEED your brain to work so you can remember lines - you can't cruise through on autopilot or hold your brain together with post-it notes. I'm terrible with remembering to take pills but somehow these are much easier to remember to take.I take B12, D and Iron all by BetterYou. Individually the sprays taste nice, i just chuck them all down my neck at the same time and they still taste ok, even though mint (Vid D) and fruit is a little odd in terms of a combination.I've been taking them for a month and even though I'm still knackered and foggy all the time, it's not AS bad as it was. I'm feeling maybe 15-20% better I wake up with a little more pep in my step, my weekends aren't wasted being a slug in bed, my mood has definitely improved (although I think that's also to do with having a 5 week break). Vitamin deficiences take time to build back up - 3-6 months so I think I'm on track to being a functional human again. In the past I REALLY struggled with iron supplements - they gave me all kinds of digestive problems and I still don't tolerate pills terribly well. Feroglobin is ok but I don't really like the syrupy texture and feeling like i'm having a massive serving of sugar with each dose. These aren't crazy sweet, my gut tolerates it well too, and I haven't had any problems. I just wish that for people like me who need to take iron long term there was a bigger option or a refill that doesn't use so much plastic.

Ideal
After being warned that iron tablets cause digestive issues, I tried the spray. My iron levels and energy is back up. It tastes fine, slight iron aftertaste but nothing horrible. Highly recommend if you need an OTC iron supplement

Has improved iron
I went on this due to very low iron. I tried tablets and they upset my stomach too much. Spray is better, tastes fine and no stomach issues. I had my iron tested before starting this and it came out at 12. Been on the spray 6-9 months and I’ve just re tested and I’ve come out at 17. So I’m quite pleased. Gp said to stay on the spray and diet improvements and I will re test myself in another 6+ months time. Diet improvements I’ve also made are eating a little bit more beef, eating cashews (not the salted ones!) and 3 dried apricots every morning. All good for iron.Update March 2025:My gp re tested my iron and it’s a lot better. This spray (4 sprays a day) and diet changes have really helped.

Small and compact bottle easy for carrying for travel
Brought for my teenage daughter who needed to up her iron intake. It gets into your blood stream faster and more efficient than a tablet or r chewable. It's not a very high dose so it's gentle on the stomach. The taste is ok. It helped my daughter at the time but she ended up needing a high dose

i believe it works
very good easy to use , i believe it works, i should take iron tablets but they make it difficult to go to the toilet so i looked at other ways to get more iron this spraydoes work (well itworks for me) and i keep a spray at home all the time i dont use it permently because i alternate between iron spray and vitimin k spray but i will keep using it because i can find NO side affects.
