My daughter loves it!
This is our second upper bounce trampoline, and we love it. We had the first one for 7 years, and it held up great. However it was showing signs of wear and the netting was starting to rip. Because I was so happy with the first one, I decided to purchase another upper bounce. This one is a 12-ft where my original was only 10 ft. It's not to difficult to put together, just time consuming. My daughter loves it!

Update 1 year old
We had this up in 40 mins . Follow directions and have 2 people is a must. Enclosed was all the tools you need. The puller for the springs did the job well and we had no issues with it. Perfect size and weight limit of 330pds allows most adults to get in and bounce. Solid set. We opted to use sand bags to hold down. They do sell anchors set for this model. You really should use something to hold it in place in case of wind or over jump achievers!....update 7 months later...foam around enclosure dry rotted in the sun and caps on top of poles did as well. So now no foam and netting hangs . we has to rig it to hold up net. Other than that the rest has held up to 8 grandkids 2 to 13. No sag.At 7 months foam gone and caps...by 1 year all netting straps dry rotted away. You'll have to rig net to poles but its easy fix.Great news is the trampoline pad is as good as new and although the straps that attach net to poles is long rotted away the net its self is in good shape. Frame great springs great even with daily use.All in all good deal but you would think being an outside item that the uv protection for the foam and plasic would be top notch and it is not.HAPPY HIGH JUMP'N.

We love it
We haven't had this thing a full month yet, but so far I have raved about it to family and friends. We went with the 16ft, and even though I had seen multiple bad reviews, I decided to try it for myself. Let me tell you, this thing is HUGE! We fit four adults and three toddlers on it (We weren't all jumping on it and everyone is small so I doubt we hit the weight limit). It is super easy to put together, and that was one thing I saw everyone complaining about. Between me and my husband, it maybe took us an hour - an hour and a half at the most. The net feels thick and sturdy and the zipper seems like it should hold up well. We went ahead and bought anchors and anchored this thing down from day one. I feel like with the size and the net, it would get swept away very easily, especially during the Oklahoma storm seasons! I would recommend a ladder or a slide right off the bat, and one of those pocket things for shoes and phones :)Pros:Trampoline was easy to install, had all tools available and the directions were easy to follow for the most part, few hiccups but we managed. It is so big that everyone can fit on it and enjoy it!Mat is very thick, and frame is pretty heavy so I am hopeful that the trampoline should hold up well! The spring covers seem to be very thick almost like a leather, so I am hopeful that it will hold up and not be weathered easily.Cons:Trampoline was hard to flip over with how big and heavy it is. We managed with two people but it is kind of difficult. The directions had a few hiccups and were unclear a couple of times, but we managed. The tops of the poles that hold the net up seem like they should be more heavy duty though. They are very cheap plastic and they don't pop into the poles, they fit very loosely in the holes which doesn't seem hopeful. They haven't popped out or given us any problem so far but I do have a feeling that they will. The net clips on with these super cheap clips, and so far we have had to continuously clip the things back in multiple times in certain spots. The clips that have given us the worst problems were already bent up when we first opened the net, so that could be why.So all in all, trampoline is worth the money, but I would recommend an after market net so that you wont have to replace the net multiple times. I feel like the net would hold up a lot longer if the company put better clips on the bottom of it, better clips for the top straps, and maybe if the plastic caps were a little more fitted to the tops of the poles.

Upper Bounce 15' trampoline
Fantastic Trampoline in my opinion. Assembly was easier than I thought it would be. My husband did most of it alone with only a small amount of help from me and we still had it up in an hour-tops! Solid/sturdy. Love how the safety enclosure is attached at top with caps as well as to the jump mat itself. Very good enclosure design. The enclosure stays nice & snug/upright and doesn't "hang down" like many others tend to do. Great size for even bigger adults to have fun. Great product and purchase. Good exercise for our family. If you have room for a large trampoline this is a great option.

Great trampoline for the money
Shopped around pretty extensively for a trampoline for my children. In this price range many 15" trampolines were only rated at 200 lbs. The Upper Bounce trampoline is rated at 330 lbs in the same size. It made the choice much easier. The trampoline arrived in the than 24 hours. When my children said there were two large boxes outside I thought it couldn't be the trampoline. It too me under 90 minutes to set up with my 11 and 13 year olds helping. I made a mistake on the support legs (switched left-to-right) a couple of times, which I had to stop and correct. If i had done it right the first time it would had taken roughly an hour. Once you lay everything out it goes quickly and the directions are straight forward enough. I had some trouble when the first day the zipper broke. Customer service was all over it and shipped me out a replacement next day. For the money (you can easily spend $2,500 on a top of the line trampoline) I would highly recommend Upper Balance.
