bought these for adding to breads and they add a perfect flavor. Great product, I will be purchasing them again.

Both jars arrived broken. Refund or replacements do not qualify. Wasted time and $$.

Very flavorful and delicious. Wish it wasn't as expensive but hey it's organic, as well as Julienned, as well as in olive oil (instead of a lesser quality oil) and delicious and that combination I haven't found anywhere else.

Sun-dried tomatoes can sometimes run the risk of being on the bitter side, usually when too much oregano is used in the spice mix. That's what happens here. The tomatoes themselves are very soft and tender and have a good "mouth feel" to them. I like that they're organic and cut into such small pieces, which makes them easy to handle and work with. My solution, when working with this particular brand, is just to sprinkle a tiny amount of powdered sugar into the mix. Doesn't take much but a pinch is just enough to cut the sharpness.
