Commercial Cube Undercounter Ice Maker by Ice-O-Matic

This is my second Ice-O-Matic machine. Good quality machine. No maintenance problems. I tried a cheaper machine of different brand. lasted 30 days. Well designed to make ice.

Got all the pipes hooked up from the house to the location... and now the ice maker can't be hooked up doesn't have lines to hook it up!?!? Not happy!!!

I ordered 2. I have 20 years experience in facilities maintenance. The first one installed simply, ran great. The second would not run at all. I called ice-o-matic and they sent the local dealer. He found a factory error in the machine. He was able to fix it but ice-o-matic would not honor the warranty because I had installed it. Cost the company $237.50.POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Their assembly error is my cost. BEWARE!

This product arrived on time and looking in good condition. After installation it failed to work properly. After a service call was placed it was found that the electronics was not properly scured in its container. The service tech had to replace a relay for the condenser fan and tighten all the connections within the unit. Ater that the unit ran great and we are very please with its operation. It tool two wee3ks to install due to servicve calls.

I had a small ice maker and it just couldn't keep up. We go out in the boat fishing and that left no one to keep ice making. Now with this ice-o-matic we have plenty of ice.

Perfect size for my business! Love this! Got a $300.00 rebate also.....

I just recently was able to install this icemaker and am unfortunately outside of the return window. The unit leaks water into the ice bin constantly. I had a service company come out to inspect it. They tried adjusting the float and other troubleshooting steps with no success. When I installed it I noticed pipe thread tape inside of the water connection but thought it might have come from testing. I am now convinced that I was sold a returned unit as new.
