I have only been taking this for about a week, and I started to feel the beneficial effects of this super paste. The very first thing I noticed is that my constipation issue is completely gone. Since I am in lockdown due to coronavirus, I have much less time to exercise than before so I was worried. But with taking this for a few days, I feel that my bowel is moving and I go to the bathroom every morning. I feel great. I also noticed that I have less hangover. Even when I feel like I had a tad too much wine, I feel fine the next day. I shall see if this continues. I also read that having healthy gut (through probiotics etc.) can increase our immunity, which is what we really need now. Overall this contributes to my health when I cannot go outside and stay in the small apartment.

I have been using this product for the last few weeks and I love it! I feel less bloated and it boosted my metabolism. It is a dark colored paste that tastes sweet, almost like tangy molasses. I really like that it is made of all natural ingredients. I'm going to try taking it once a day for the next 2 months, and see how I feel.

I'm used to pills, caps, gummies, a drink, but a gooey honey-like consistency paste, that's new to me. The taste is sweet with the fermented bite one could expect. I like the convenience of the packages--they're tiny, flat, and easy to stash anywhere as needed.

Albeit on the expensive side, this super compound has worked magic on my digestive system. And I love its consistency and taste.

Since we started being more conscious with health we started taking these daily. It seems to work especially when we eat fatty foods, alcohol or when we have unbalanced diet.If you care about Health I think this is a great product!
