I used another brand of HMB but reordered this one due to the reviews. These are potent so you must monitor how much is right for you. Don’t take too much too soon! I have been taking just one a day for now, and it seems to be working for me.My muscle tone has improved since using HMB and will continue adding it to my daily supplements.I’m 57 and my body looks like that of a woman in her 30s!

No taste easy to swallow

I started supplementing this with creatine and beta alanine for high intensity interval training. On my recent taper week (low power anaerobic output) and following my first week of HMB supplementation, I found myself wanting to spend more time working out than my training plan recommended because my body wasn’t tired or sore.This is not a stimulant but from my own research (and I suggest you do the same), I believe I am achieving more time to fatigue with the benefit of additional training and quicker muscle recovery without any side effects.Your mileage may vary but I am satisfied with this supplement.

Product is high quality and I got it for an outstanding price.

I have been utilizing this product before my workouts and I have noticed some, but I take creatine & protein and do challenging work outs. Meaning, if I was or was not taking this product, I would be seeing gains. I do not notice an effect if I take it before my workouts or not.

As effective as the other brands but cheaper

The gelatin capsule taste like Sulphur. Very repulsive. Tried two times and into the TRASH! GROSS...one second?

So far I like it. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Not sure how much it is actually working though. Is possibly one of those things you notice more when you stop taking it. In theory and with research, it should help with post workout AND/OR post surgery recovery, (Seek your own professional medical advice though, as that is Not what I am claiming/giving/making here).
