Good protein, fiber, and tasty.
I bought it at Walmart and really liked it. A half bowl filled me up until lunch. When I went back for more, it was gone. There wasn't even an empty spot for it. If I find it again, I'll buy more than one carton.

You can determine what price fits your budget, so this review will be about the product itself. Advertised as 680g but mine had ~734g, an entire extra serving (only a few ouces were ground). The flavor is good but it doesn’t really stand out among competitors except that as a cereal, this one is much more digestible since it absorbs a good amount of milk yet still has a good crunch. I would buy again, but the current price is $23 and it only comes with 12 (13) servings. At 55 grams per serving (that’s a half cup) it’s hard to justify spending $2 per serving for me since that amount only makes a small snack (260kCalories).
