This scale assembled easy enough, though the compensator weights are awkward.Plastics for the scale do seem brittle if it fell, but otherwise it's a easy to use and well made product.The cups are of a softer plastic and they have a scale of 100 to 1000ml embossed on them, as well as a spout. The white strap things (words evade me right now) don't look like they will hold a lot of weight, but for kids to find random things in the house under a pound or two, I'm sure they will be fine.The included yellow weights come in 10g, 5g and 1g incrementsThe only issue was I ordered this in the manufacturer box to save packaging and the box was open at my door. Some tape would have gone a long was in the assurance department. But all the contents were there.Over all I recommend this product. An added plus is this scale is made in India, not China. So that was a pleasant surprise.There were also no included instructions in case one was wondering for assembly.

I actually used this as a prop for an illustration in a speaking engagement I had on "The Weight of our Words"Using the left bucket as negative words spoke and the right bucket for positive words.It worked perfectly for my needs 😃

I received this but the eyelet on the pan was broken and doesn't hand so it doesn't work at all. I am past the return date so I have no options for something that works.

As advertised. Next time i might have gotten smaller pans. Also, the unit is shorter than I realized so the pans don't have much clearance for tall objects. This won't hold bigger objects well, which I had wanted to be able to use it for..

This balance is good. It is sturdy and does balance. It just isn't quite the quality I was hoping for. The "balanced" indicator is a little hard to read. I solved the problem by marking it with a sharpie, but it would be nice if it stood out more on its own. It is nice that the weights fit into the base, but they don't say what unit they are, so you can't actually weigh anything unless you have real weights. Overall it is fine for my kids to use for their math lessons (measuring which is heavier, etc) but if you want something that is going to be pretty precise and you can actually weigh things on, this probably isn't the item for you.

Easy to use

Random size weights and sizes. Not enough weights for a pound. Other than that the balance is good
