Perfect, Just Perfect!
I adore these nose bones! These were one of the styles I got to transition to after my newest piercing was old enough and healed enough to begin changing out jewelry. The others (Labret, L, screw) just didn’t work for me, maybe they will after a year or two, but not now. These nose bones, though, are perfect! The one I selected to wear first, the yellow gold, went in smoothly (I went slowly and carefully) with no pain and snugged itself right against my nose, low profile due to the bezel setting so no snagging risk, but shiny & sparkly enough to still be noticeable. Even better, it’s tiny ball on the end is nestled against the inside of my nostril and doesn’t move around when I sneeze or blow my nose, which is a big deal since I’ve got year round allergies and the ‘heal the piercing’ stud was frequently uncomfortable.I know it’s not going to irritate my piercing since it’s solid 14k gold. I chose to get the set of 3 golds (yellow, white and rose) because I plan on keeping this piercing, and getting them as a set they were only about $23 each, which is a pretty good deal for 3 good quality nose studs that will last me a lifetime. I used to worry that nose bones posed a big loss risk, but this one feels so secure and so ‘made to fit my nose’ that I really have no worry about it falling out. I can’t imagine something 7.5mm long could work itself out of my nose without me knowing. I’m a serious fan of having a nose stud that fits well without having a long tail to irritate the rest of my nose. These are wonderful!

Very cute!
This nose stud is very cute, small amd dainty. It's a solid real gold nose stud. I'd like to give a heads-up to those that may frequently change their nose jewelry, please, read on. Heres little story lol.So, I went from a 20g nose hoop to this 20g stud and with it having the little safely ball attached at the end so it doesnt fall out so easily, it took me a while to push it thru because of that ball on the end as well as it hurt a tad too whild doing so.Now, I also have a nose stud on the other side that also has the little safety ball attached at the end, I chose that nose stud over 15 years ago, it's real gold and diamond, i didn't plan on changing it that's why I chose this type of stud. It hasn't fallen out and I haven't taken it out since. If you plan on changing your nose jewelry frequently, I would suggest not using the stud with that safety ball attached because, getting it out is even more difficult unless you cut that little ball off to be able to take it out. My friend used nail clippers to snip the ball off of hers so it can be done. Now, if you go from like an 18g or 16g to a 20g there won't be any problems getting this 20g nose stud thru. Also, I have found that afyer several weeks, whatever jewelry you are wearing, the piercing hole does grow up around the size jewelry you do have in makomg the hole whatever size ur jewelry is. With that said, if you try and go from a 20g to and 18g or 16g, which is going from smaller to bigger size, you'll be in for some pain and struggling getting the jewelry in so if that's what ur wanting to do I suggest you go to a piercer and have the hole stretched with their stretching needle or you can get one yourself her on Amazon, it's still gonna hurt a tad either way. With all that said I do love this nose stud, it's very cute, dainty, sturdy and also lays flat on the nose. That little safety ball attached at the end can be a lifesaver after a few weeks if you don't want it falling out, or, it can be your worst enemy when trying to take it out lol. I don't think you will be disappointed if you purchase it!!

LOVVVVE this nose ring!
This was easy to put in. I pulled on it to see if it would “fall out”. It definitely takes some tugging and it would be very noticeable if it “fell out”.I don’t think I personally am going to have any issues with this just falling out. It honestly depends on the gauge you’ve been wearing or you were pierced with.I blew my nose and had no issues. Didn’t get snagged nor did it hurt at all.I was wearing a diamond simulated hoop before this and it always hurt when it moved certain ways. I loved it but was uncomfortable to an extent.Get this! You won’t be sorry!

Looks great but 20g is fat
Get the 9.5 mm in your preferred color. Put a regular earring in your nose hole, maybe with vaseline to widen/prep it. Securely hold the new nose ring. Put finger of hand in your nostril and push from both directions until you feel the nosering on your finger, then take a breath and push it straight in from the top. There will be a "pop" feeling as the ball goes through. It hurts, but not as much as the original piercing by far.A lot of people are saying this doesn't snag as you wash your face. It does, and hurts the first time. Carefully clean around the piercing first, then wash the rest of your face, avoiding it. I just lost mine to a sink because I forgot this morning. I'm sad, but definitely replacing it because it was so comfortable that I forgot I had it on.

Love it!
I was skeptical this would stay put but it does. Through face washing, nose blowing, fave rubbing and I’ve actually pulled on it and really had to tug to get it out. Perfect size too. I’d love it if it came on yellow gold with pink or purple crystal.

Kept falling out
Kept falling out, I’ve worn it for less then a week and it fell out twice while I was sleeping and once when I was showering. Sadly after it fell out the last time I can’t find it. Would not recommend spending that much if it will just fall out so easily.

Gold, pretty would recommend
Excellent nose ring. Especially liked that it was gold. Comfortable fit and easy to put in although I lost it after a few months.

The ball on the end is huge
Super cute once you get it in but the ball on the end of mine was so big, I used face oil to try to help. It was impossible and I finally forced it through but it hurt so bad and made my piercing bleed. Honestly scared I’m not going to be able to get it out. The end needs to be a little smaller/tapered a bit.
