We use these for nighttime with a shield. Only have had a few leaks which has been great,I purchased these because I thought the tabs would be easier to use, however it’s not the case. If you try to move them they don’t stick well. They are better than the 4 tabs but just ok.

These work excellent for nite time, the absorption is great.

These adult diapers were suggested by a friend who is an STNA. I was hoping these diapers would be the answer to middle of the night changes for my husband. They are not any more absorbent than my present pull up type diapers. They were much larger, but the absorbent pad was not any thicker. I would still need to add extra pads. Plus my husband did not like them. I will keep them for future use as my husband’s health deteriorates, but they are not my answer right now.

If you need a disposable brief with tabs that can be put on while the person is in bed, get these! They have one large tab on each side that can be refastened if need be. They are much easier to use than Depend, which has three smaller tabs on each side--much too fussy. I used to buy Depend, but saw the Prevail ones so I gave them a try. They are superior. There are two different sizes, 1 and 2. I got the size 2, which is too big, but even so the tabs can be pulled in farther. I will get the size 1 next time. Yes, they cost more, but they make up for it in making changing quicker and easier. I don't know why Depend is staying with three smaller tabs on each side rather than one large one. Having used both, one tab fits just as well as three.

I do not recommend this brand. We tried them because we needed more absorbancy for nighttime use. They were stiff and difficult to put on. Husband said they were not comfortable at all, and they leaked like crazy. They actually leaked more than the pull on day briefs.
