Only ones I use. Clear to view and better on skin way better than any other brand. Holds up well and does what it's supposed to.

A very practical product in general.
The size is a little large for my Dad, but using medical tape around the exterior gives an added security. I found that with ANY condom catheter, the condom can fail if there is enough leg movement during the night. After a couple of bed wettings, I taped the catheter tube to the side of my Dad's leg, and that solved the occasional detachment problem. Which saves a ton of laundry cycles. As a further precaution, I use an Ace wrapping bandage (stretchy, reusable, non-adhesive wrapping cloth) to cover the section of tube that is taped. Then, in the morning to remove the tape, pour rubbing alcohol to break down the adhesive and help remove the tape. As one ages, the skin becomes much thinner, and is susceptible to tearing even from a medical tape. After removing tape, rub lotion of your choice to help recover the skin during the day, and you should be good to go. Your experience may differ, but mine is necessary to prevent condom failure, and help maintain the quality of life of this 94 year old. The Lord is merciful.---4-19-17 update. Instead of securing the catheter with tape, I bought from eBay 100 pieces of Velcro straps for $2.35, which were designed to wrap electrical cords. They are the perfect length and width (but can be cut), are reusable, and makes the catheter even more secure. I am probably up to a 98% success rate, where in the morning I find the catheter secure, and everything dry. Search eBay under "hook loop cable cord ties."

These don't stick
It says adhesive on the title, but these don't have stickiness as before. Yes, I had to get additional adhesive for them to stay on.

works as intended
I have been using for almost 4 years. The adhesive has to be almost perfect otherwise they slip off or they stick to tight. These are a little sticky in places. I learned which spots are overly tough to remove and lubricate just that spot. Better than slipping off. Overall as satisfied as can be.

Adhesive did not stick for long regardless of how well the area was prepared.
Adhesive does not stick well regardless of how well you prep the area. You cannot tape over is as no medical tape I had on hand would stick at all to the silicone. There were no package instructions and everything I read online indicated the adhesive would be so strong that it would be potentially hard to remove. Instead I had three fall off without warning. This was a temporary need until I could see my urologist who resolved my issue but for anyone who expects this to be a better solution than absorbent pads, don't waste your money.MAYBE they would work if a person was bedridden, but I was trying to find a product that would stay in place with a leg bag to attend two social events with very little activity. Seems the sweat from being outdoors is what made the adhesive fail.
