Perfect
I bought this a long time ago when it had very little reviews and was the cheapest one on Amazon. I knew I was taking a risk but I was on a budget. I was using it today and remembered that I had never gave it a review and it's lasted me a few years now. I go on here and see now it has over a thousand. I am very satisfied with this tool. I use it very often as I work on family members vehicles and it's never let me down. No, it's not DeWalt or Milwaukee but sure does get the job done and save a lot of time. This is perfect for the handy man on a budget. Battery lasts a long time. 10/10

Strong motor & 2 Batteries
I shopped around alot looking for a right angle cordless drill. Tried the Dewalt, Milwaukee, Bosch, just too expensive in my mind and most of these you had to purchase the battery(batteries) AND charger separately, which REALLY bumped up the cost! No Thanx...then I saw this one by Shield Pro and a few others on amazon. For the PRICE, the VALUE was there as I was using it on my vehicles for general maintenance, getting in areas that were just tooooo difficult or cumbersome with a wrench or regular handled socket where there's no room to turn. I just completed installing a new battery, a fuel rail sensor and a new ac cooling fan in my vehicles, which was completed so much faster and EASIER with this item! GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT VALUE(came w/2 batteries& charger) AT A GREAT PRICE! Also has a 2 Yr Warranty & LIFETIME TECH Support....Sure makes the job much easier to tackle without the headache of messing with other tools that are hard to fit in some areas ! Buy it you won't regret it !

Good performance for the price.
Ok, it's not a DeWalt or Milwaukee, but I'm not working in a shop all day so it doesn't have to be. But for all the jobs I use it for - around the house, product assembly, vehicle maintenance and working on some of my heavier equipment... it works fine. It has decent torque (40 ft lbs might actually be accurate), but I'm most impressed with the speed and the access to tighter spots that this sort of tool provides. The batteries are fairly long lasting, and the charger is quick, the handle is comfortable and the light has come in really handy. And it definitely is a time saver when you have something large to assemble/disassemble. It's really a useful tool and I guess my biggest issue after I got it was retraining myself to reach for this first rather than a cordless driver or a socker set.I recommend it.

It works in a pinch
Was originally wanting an air ratchet but didn’t have the funds to currently buy the tank and what not so I opted for a cheaper solution. It is a good ratchet but definitely on the weaker side, there are more expensive options if you want more torque. For this price point it doesn’t the job, most likely you will have to break the bolts loose yourself first then use the ratchet and vise versa when tightening, you’ll have to tighten by hand to get it snug. It does speed up the job but I wanted something that could break bolts loose and tighten them up to torque specs, so those ratchet defeats that purpose. I should have just sprung for the air ratchet system or bought a stronger battery ratchet. I’m conclusion it works and does speed up the job some. It’s well built and for the money you get two batteries and some sockets.

Adequate torque and lightweight, and fast
I put the ratchet to use immediately after receiving it. One of the batteries was fully charged and the other was 2/3rd. Used it to remove 13 and 15 mm bolts off a manifold and other parts on the truck. I was not expecting it to have the torque it does, and it removed 13 mm bolts effortlessly. I was able to turn the 15 mm bolts with the ratchet just a few edges and then the ratchet spun them off with ease.It has variable speed, and the top speed is pretty high. I do not have a measuring instrument for rpm, so Ill got with the specs. The blow molded box is better than a tool bag (I don’t like tool bags because you have to hunt for items). The sockets are held in it firmly, and nothing rattles or falls.Time will tell how it all holds up, but for now I am pleasantly surprised.Update: used it install the rear bumper on a truck. M12 bolts. The ratchet worked flawlessly and tightened even the huge bolts with ease. I’ll keep updating as I use it more. Hope this helps.

Much better than a ratchet.
Fits in tight areas. Speeds up the job. Much better than a ratchet.

Good Tool To Have
Low torque and variable speed trigger most important feature for me because it give me better control and prevent overtorquing or shredding the threads of smaller bolds. In my opinion, high torque or high speed do not automatically equate to best feature to have. I give 3 star because I do not know how long the battery can hold its charge or the life span of the battery.
