We buy olives on the regular, and though lots of them look similar-sometimes they come out too salty, mushy, flavor is off etc. These are the best one we have had so far. These are quality Kalamata olives for definite sure. Beyond that, they are packaged supremely well both for travel and freshness. The balance of saltiness is perfect too. Price wise, it’s super cost effective (especially considering the quality of product you get). Seriously give this a whirl and you might start taking your olives seriously too.

These olives are some of the best Kalamata olives I have ever had. Granted my family is from Lesbos so my knowledge and experience of ouzo and sardines is more than of olives. Nevertheless I recommend these whole heartedly. And at a very fair price!

The flavor of these olives is excellent. The brine is (to me, anyway) excessively salty, but once I diluted the brine with a 90/10 mixture of distilled water and apple cider vinegar, and then let the olives soak in the less-salty brine for a day, the olives retained their great flavor but had a salt level I found acceptable.One nice feature of this product is that it has a filter at the top of the olives which allows brine to be poured out without olives flying everywhere. That allowed me to easily pour out roughly half the brine and replace it with the above mixture.

These are the best Kalamata olives. The red barrel is the good one is the best Kalamata.
