Chair seems to be very good quality, not completely assembled since I lost a screw. Sent an email to manufacturer offering to pay for replacement screw - recieved next day response, replacement in the mail, no charge. Customer service like that definitely deserves repeat business. Buy with confidence!

I am very happy with this chair! I'm a violinist and I needed a chair that I could use for practicing and to bring to gigs that wouldn't hurt my back while sitting through long rehearsals. A Wenger symphony chair works perfectly, but they are extremely expensive. This chair is perfect and at a great price.Difficult assembly- In case this saves anyone some time ... When I followed the directions in the order they were in, I could not connect the back rest to the frame. The screws were further back in the cushion and I couldn't get the screw into the place it was supposed to go. I ended up taking it all apart and starting over. I did not put the frame together first. Instead, I first connected one side of the back cushion to the single metal frame piece that it connected to. It was easy to align the screw to the place it goes by doing this step first. I did the same for the other side of the back cushion and the other side of the metal frame piece. I connected the screws so that they were loose enough that I could easily put both metal bars (horizonally) onto each side of the frame (which is vertical). Then I connected the screws that connected the seat cushion to the frame. The last thing I did was completely tighten all of the screws.

It's a nice chair, my only complaint is, it is a little tipsy, if you put any weight on the back of the chair, to pull it out, it easily tips over. If you have it against a wall, it is perfect.

For your consideration, I purchased this as a gaming chair. I like the sturdy sled design. The problem with chairs on wheels is that there is nothing worse than a chair that rolls backward and then completely takes a dive. The sled design better counteracts the chair going completely backward than most chair designs which is a plus for me. I like that the chair has no arms to support my various sitting positions. This chair is actually more comfortable than I thought it would be. I appreciate the width of the seat more than I thought I would, and the back rest is engineered at a very good angle. It is also good to know that the weight capacity far exceeds my actual weight.Putting the chair together was far easier and quicker than I thought it would be, based on the mixed reviews. It took me about twenty minutes tops. Remember to only loosely attach all screws before tightening. Start with the seat, then the back rest. Once all screws are attached loosely, tighten the screws a little at a time in an alternating pattern. Completely tighten the seat first. Then use the same method on the back rest. I know how to put together furniture so it was second nature to me, but some people might need some pointers.Overall, I think this was an excellent purchase. The only thing that remains to be seen is the durability of the leatherplus.

Its pretty nice but or the cost there great value here, might not hold up forever but the price it's great

First off, delivery driver leaned package against garage door frame on a rainy day when I had a covered front porch. I put the chair together easily enough but the frame was scratched and a piece of the inside fabric was caught in the seam and stuck out from the back cushion. The chair seat isn’t very deep so the edge is back from my knee about 4 inches and cuts into the back of my thigh which aggravates the arthritis in my knees. I’m a senior and bought this to do my exercises on so I won’t be spending long periods of time sitting on it, thank goodness. It is a medium to low quality chair and would have expected to pay about half the price for it. I’ll keep it because I have it all together and packaging it back up for return would be a bigger problem than it’s worth. I wouldn’t recommend this chair for this price.

I searched and searched for a comfortable chair without arms. It is actually really hard to find! You can't tuck in a chair with arms and I don't want to sit on wood or awkward plastic all day long. I really appreciate this chair and it is super easy to put together. I wish it was a bit cheaper though, but I didn't have many options to choose between, like I said.

So disappointed in this item and shocked it has so many good reviews. First off, it arrived damaged. One of the sled side frames was scuffed down to the metal on the top, where you would see it once assembled.Secondly, the bolts screw into the back pad with internal nuts in the cushion, but the nuts were missing internally, or totally misaligned, not sure. I struggled for probably ~30 minutes trying to get it to align. I was able to align one bolt on each side, but there are two. It's the same method for the bottom pad also, but I was able to screw those in with no problems.Thirdly, the sled frames at the top, nearby where the back pad screws in, are oddly "cut off" by design. It looks unnatural and there should be a horizontal piece that goes across the pad. This would be livable, however, they basically just cut off the top and there's a hole at the top. It looks very odd and unfinished. At the least, they should have put some aesthetic inserts to make it look nice. The edges of this hole are a little sharp, I'm sure over time they will cut into the back pad.Fourthly, the seat and back pad are nicely cushioned, and the leather supple, but it doesn't seem durable to me. I would assume it would wear out and / or scuff easily.Don't waste your time on this piece of junk!
