An Excellent Purchase
For your consideration, I purchased this as a gaming chair. I like the sturdy sled design. The problem with chairs on wheels is that there is nothing worse than a chair that rolls backward and then completely takes a dive. The sled design better counteracts the chair going completely backward than most chair designs which is a plus for me. I like that the chair has no arms to support my various sitting positions. This chair is actually more comfortable than I thought it would be. I appreciate the width of the seat more than I thought I would, and the back rest is engineered at a very good angle. It is also good to know that the weight capacity far exceeds my actual weight.Putting the chair together was far easier and quicker than I thought it would be, based on the mixed reviews. It took me about twenty minutes tops. Remember to only loosely attach all screws before tightening. Start with the seat, then the back rest. Once all screws are attached loosely, tighten the screws a little at a time in an alternating pattern. Completely tighten the seat first. Then use the same method on the back rest. I know how to put together furniture so it was second nature to me, but some people might need some pointers.Overall, I think this was an excellent purchase. The only thing that remains to be seen is the durability of the leatherplus.

Fabulous Conference Chair
We needed to add another chair to our conference room. I couldn't remember where we'd gotten the chairs. My Office Manager took her phone & found this exact chair on Amazon. How wonderful since it's been a couple of years at least. The chair is the exact match & very comfortable.

Sturdy & comfortable but assembly is not as easy as you'd think
I'll hit the basic bullet points here for a quick and easy review:PROS:* The delivery was on time as promised* The packaging was done well. A smaller box was packed inside of a larger box for redundant protection. The metal chair frame parts were wrapped in many small Styrofoam sheets to prevent scratching and damage and fit inside the package well. I didn't notice any damage except for a slight tear in the fabric covering the underside of the seat near the screw hole.* The chair has a nice wide seat so if you are a wider person there is plenty of room to accommodate you.* The material/cushioning for the seat and back of the chair is sturdy. If you think you're going to sink into this chair and feel like you're on a cloud of cotton you will need to look elsewhere.* Once built the chair seems solid. I have had it only a few days so my use has been limited but if, in the future, anything seems wobbly or creaky I will update this review.*The design of the chair is comfortable for my frame. I'm a 5'10 male and the height of the back of the chair supports me well enough to remain upright but comfortable. I don't feel like I'm being forced to sit in a stiff, upright position.CONS:*Looking at the directions assembly SEEMS easy but it is NOT. Yes, it's easy to understand what you have to do. It's easy to follow the steps. However, because of the design it requires very careful handling and, in my opinion, is best done as a two person job.The left and right sides of the frame are held together by two crossbars which go underneath the seat. The crossbars themselves slide onto two male ends that are on both the left and right sides of the frame. That part is easy. However, both the crossbars and frames have a specific hole that's been drilled for the screws which must be aligned correctly when connecting them. When building the chair and sitting it upright the chair sits at a very awkward angle and can cause the whole thing to fall if you are not careful or do not have a second set of hands helping you. Once the frame is built and aligned the seat must be placed on top of the crossbars and the four screws must go in from underneath the frame upwards into the seat. I cannot overstate how much this is where the most aggravation will take place. Before you begin make sure you flip the seat over to find the sticker showing you which way front-facing for the seat. Aligning the flat-head screws through the frame with the holes in the seat is a very delicate thing. For one, you will most likely be required to lay on your back and work underneath the chair to start fitting the screws. The screws themselves are small, and the holes in the seat are small, making them difficult to align. If anything moves or the screw holes come out of perfect alignment while you're trying to put on the seat it WILL throw off the angle of the screw and you will not be able to screw it together correctly. It just won't work. DO NOT SCREW ANY SCREW IN COMPLETELY AT FIRST. Leave each screw loosely connected until all four are in before you begin to full tighten them.Once you get the seat screwed into place the rest of the assembly is easy. I will say that even though my seat and the frame have been aligned there is still a slight gap -- about 1/4in -- on the left side of the chair that isn't on the right. It's not anything that I will lose sleep over but it suggests to me that things may have been slightly off during the manufacturing. All in all I am satisfied with everything except for the assembly. It is basically a balancing act. If the frame could be assembled and locked in place BEFORE adding the seat it would make the whole thing much easier and I would give it 5 stars. Again, it is not difficult to understand or follow the steps. The difficulty is what is required in the effort to make those steps happen and the level of care and precision that it takes.

Good chair, great customer support
Chair seems to be very good quality, not completely assembled since I lost a screw. Sent an email to manufacturer offering to pay for replacement screw - recieved next day response, replacement in the mail, no charge. Customer service like that definitely deserves repeat business. Buy with confidence!

so far so good
I don't like rolling chairs. So for my home office I researched stand alone chairs that didn't have an arm rest. It is a wide chair that gives good cushioning. Assembly wasn't the easiest in terms of the screwing. You really have to screw them in tight. I'm fairly handy and still I found it awkward. It does wobble slightly and occasionally makes a creaking sound (maybe I got a dud). Overall, though it is holding up. I think for $100 though I expect a bit more. It's not like the material is very expensive or that high quality. If this costed $50 I would give it 5 stars as it would match its worth.

Can't recommend this chair enough
I do not understand why this chair has such mixed reviews. They are sturdy and very comfortable. The assembly was pretty easy. I am terrible with diy instructions and didn't have a problem. I do recommend having some help with a couple steps, but other than that set up is manageable. These chairs are totally underrated. I have had them in my tattoo shop for about two years now, and they show no signs of wear. Clients and tattooers love them. No one has complained about discomfort despite sitting for hours! I love that they are wide enough for all sizes. They're so popular I'm buying 2 more!
